I update to WebsiteX5 Evolut10. Then,all of my FLV videos did not work any more. And I change FLV to MPEG4 or other format. It still does not work also. And PPT (Power point) file does not work too.

I used WebsiteX5 Evolut9. I designed my website. It had some FLV videos uploaded to my server. And then linked to my website. It worked OK. 2 days ago, I update to WebsiteX5 Evolut10. Then,all of my FLV videos did not work any more. And I change FLV to MPEG4 or other format. It still does not work also. And PPT (Power point) file does not work too. I think those are bugs in the new version. How can I solve these problems?

Hello Xin,

Can you please tell me if these files don't work in the preview or online?

If it's online can you please write me the link to see what exactly happens?

If it happens to the preview then follow the steps described here:

For the FLV files you will need to open this URL in the preview browser and proceed to install the Flash Player also if it tells it's already installed:

http://get2.adobe.com/flashplayer/?fpchrome

Once installed restart the preview and then the FLV files will be shown.
