Activate At Startup

After installing and activating the software, everything worked like it should.

Since a few days the program is asking me to activate the software each time I start up Website X5 v9.

It works fine when I type in the code, but it's very annoying when you have to do this every time you want to use the software.

Could this have anything to do with security software? (firewall, anti-virus etc.)

try to disable antivirus, firewall, backup program and run the program with right click and select "run as administrator".

The issue seems to have resolved itself, but will try the mentioned actions when it happens again.

you can put the code of the player in a html object near the image with the player always visible.
