Guestbook throws error when trying to comment

When trying to submit a comment I get this error message.
I've checked if it had something to do with the folder permissions. It's permission has the value 755, I can't change it to 777 because I'll get the "500 Internal Server" error.
What could solve this problem?

It is corrected. Instead of using a database, I use a file.

Hello Julian,
i see that you have write the folder "data" for the comment, you need set permission 777 at this folder.
Contact the server and ask set this permission at this folder if you can't.
