Resizeing my web couses loosing her symetry

So, I've some problems when I like to resize my web in bronswer (eg mozilla) - action ctrl + .
Whot should I do to avoid such problem. In celluars I was centred all items.

So, I'm in the time of building my web now and during checking my product I've seen this problem. It's simply looking that modified galery during resize web (ctrl+) are going to the upper left corner. Other elements as flash,picture etc. from right site menu (building site) are right only cause depends galery.

The resize function does not work on the flash files since these depends on the plugin and not on the browser and this one is not allowing to zoom them and handles these differently than the rest of the content.
