Best Way to put a Horizontal Line

I would like to insert a horizontal or vertical line but not seeing it, I looked in the text box but not there. Is there a way to put on the page? Or I must use an image.

1. You can use html widget, and type for horisontal line <hr> , then set widgets high to 10px
2. If you want set cell border ( horisontal or vertical ...) that can be set when you select the cell you wish on page, and in upper left corner click button *Set the Cell style* - under Step 3 - Page creation

You can use a picture with a few pixels and set it in the cell style with hor or vert repaet. But the position is limited. (use the tab style and image bckgroun option)
You can also use text object, use the border style of the object (also in the cell style) and set only top or bottom border. Set the outer margin to zero. you create then a hor line. And can add tekst above and in a box below if you want.
