Hi Samantha M.

I have a same problem, I purchased Professional 10 but every time I open the it I get an ad to purchase Professional 10, why is this? I have been uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted folder. And 1 weird thing is no any option for me to put the key in to to manual register, anytime I click to open websiteX5 it goes directly to the windows with an ad asking to purchase again and again????? You need to fix this problem and make it easier to prevent of losing your customer.

Hi Samantha or someone,

Please answer or say something... I have been waiting , get stuck here and can not upload the website just because the ridiculous register way??? Please do something, I can not buy a software and can not use it. Even I like your software, but you should change the register way better... Any one can help?

Please open a new post when you need technical help, do not add comments to other posts otherwise we can not follow you.
You probably had another version of the program on your computer before you installed your new copy and this is now interfering with your licence.
Please follow the procedure listed below:

How to delete your programs:

  • open your windows control panel then start the automatic procedure for software removal in order to delete all Incomedia products.
  • eventually delete the files that you will still be able to find in the ''programs'' folder or in the program installation file path.
  • delete the "licence.iwl" file in C:\Users\tuonomeutente\AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 v10 - for (Windows Vista/7) or in C:\Documents and Settings\tuonomeutente\Local Settings\Application data\Incomedia\WebSite X5 v10 - for (Windows XP).

How to install:

  • download the latest version of the program from the "Download" section in your control panel.
  • install your software and register it by following the normal procedure. If you have any issues, plese make sure you start your program as admin by right clicking on the program's icon and selecting ''run as administrator''.
