what does the [317] description in red... and keywords [7] in gray in general settings what are those numbers and why do they change colors and highlight i know it has to do with seo so what should those numbers be around and show under description and keywords and any other if needed ? any feed back would be great help thank you ...

The numbers which you see in the description are numbers which indicate the number of character correct for keyword and description. You can use different character but you should remain inthis range for the indexing ofwebsites.

so what is the range again i am very new to all this i have been told not to use more the 3 words or phrases in keyswords and also my description should be very short and 2 the point is this correct or should i use a long description with different key phrases?
