Menu Displaying Over Basket

I have a shopping page which uses javascript in an HTML box to display the shopping basket, but when it does this the main website menu is shown over the basket, obscuring some of its contents. I'm using version 9 and a site called "Shop Integrator" which has provided me with the code. Any ideas? Thanks Ken

The Shop Integrator people have now told me that this is due to the z-index style property values within X5 being too high and have provided me with a changed menu.css and style.css file which they have asked me to replace the current ones with.
Unfortunately I can't find these files on my computer within the X5 folders. Is it ok to update these files and if so where can they be found?

now i see good the process of load ecommerce from http://ecommerce.shopintegrator.com
The property z-index of css of menu is set to 10000 and you now have set to z-index new window to 295005. So you haven't the problems with view with all browsers.

This has been sorted by Shop Integrator themselves as they have adjusted the z-index values they are using so that I no longer get the problem. Thanks anyway
