Picture on top of the e-mail

My e-mail works just fine, but how do I get rid of the image on the front of the sides. Many people do not realize they have to click on "show imiage" and therefore increasingly report that my email does not work. What do I do to get rid of this picture on just e-mail and reply to e-mails? sincerely Steinar T

I'm not sure if I understand correct, do you have a picture in your mail and that isn't showing up correctly ?
Do you want the picture? If not you can remove it, this might be better than all the comments.
You can do this in: advanced settings (page4), styles and models, and then the email tab.
It could also help to try and change the email script, (you need to upload after changing to take effect)
This is done is advanced settings, then data managent. try if a lower one works better.
