Greek character in page titles are not displayed

i rename my pages using greek words in order to optimise the search engine's result. all though the site's preview is ok when i upload it using websitex5 all the pages with greek characters are not working and are shwon as htp:???????. When i save the website in the hard disk and upload it from there using the plesk panel from the host servise, greek characters are shwon perfect but the website looks awfull . What is going on?

if i upload a file named www.implantsurg ery.gr/emfyteumata every think looks ok. if i upload the site with the files renamed with greek characters www.implantsurgery.gr/εμφυτευματα first greek characters are shwon like this ?????? in the parallel plesk panel that i use for www.implantsurgery.gr. i upload them with file zilla the same think, only when i rename the files after uloading them files were shown on the panel but on the browser (firefox) pages were disarranged no pictures no hyperlinks.
The first is the adresse i want to use mainly. pretty mush the same happens with www.implantsurgery.eu. it was easier to upload the file with the greek characters but on the firefox looked the same. Thank you in advance.
ps. i use windows xp .

It seems your hosting server is not supporting greek filenames like described here:

You need to contact your hosting provider to ask if it is possible to activate this function otherwise if they cannot add this function you will need to use latin file names.
