Cannot publish to internet

I get this error when I try to publish to the internet.
"Connection Error. It is not possible to complete the operation. [FTP_GetConnectionDirectory]
Can anyone help?

Maybe change settings to or off passive . See that the preferred directory good is , if not sure, try with empte preferred folder contacting your host.

It is OK now. It was a firewall problem. I disabled my firewall and it worked
