you need to create that manualy, x5 does not do it. you need to create one and copy/paste it in all pages.

what exatly you want to do with sidebar? if you want to use widget, then you need to use html object. this is much easier than WP, you can use html object and creat any kind of bar you like, but ofc you need to know at least basic html.
