The width depends on the width you have set in the template. If you have set more object in the same row the width is automatically reduced according to the space left and it cannot be changed in the html&widget object.

Do you want the menu to scroll down or it has to stay on top?

If you want to make it scroll in step 4 - Main Menu style - you need to enable the autoscrolling. If you don't want to make it scroll disable it.
