Japanese description/keywords are now Squares

Hello, today when i opened webx5pro, my site description, keywords, etc. have changed. All of the japanese I had on there are now squares. I have not changed any of my fonts on my pc. I paid a translator for these japanese keywords and descriptions. Is there a way this problem can be resolved without me returning to the translator? Is there a way to avoid this problem again in the future?

Probably some settings on windows changed or the support for japanese has been disabled which caused the fonts to not appear correctly. The text is still present but form windows it is not rendered in the correct format.
You need to check the windows settings to allow the text to be displayed by windows with the correct character set.
