Two different versions of site on internet

Hello, I find that there are two versions of the one site Http://www.christianissues.co.uk on the net. when I use IE 11 there is one version that has not been updated. Then using Google Chrome I have the updated version. How come?

Did you refresh your own pc memory by pressing ctrl-F5 when viewing ?
You probably have seen the site earlier, that site goes to memory, after changing you should refresh.
