Error in php page

My hostpage made in WebsiteX5Evolution10 (PHP-page) shows on internet as is has been made, but as soon as I try to fill in a message in the hostpage it produces an error message "javascript not activated". In fact on all computers I tried Javascript was activated already in the several browsers I have used, in spite of this error. PHP problem? Do I have to activate MySQL on the serverdomain??? Please advise
I am not a professional website developer, I am an experienced VB programmer.

Tambien un error comun que me sucedio, es que estas trabajando con un proyecto antiguo, y lo importastes a una nueva version, sucede lo siguiente cuando subes el projecto uno de los archivos esta dando ese error. asi que te recomiendo borres todos los que estan en public_html y subas tu proyecto de nuevo.
