That is unfortunatly not possible. It's a one way street, from the software a website is created and uploaded. But to get it back is not possible.

Try to use the auto backup feature, if this does not work, you need to start from scratch. You can offcource use the data that is online, like text and picturen to copy in your project.

Make on a regular basic a backup of your project on a differen drive in step 5 export project. This way youre always save.
