H1 tags and seo

I am trying to get a site http://www.stroudauction.com to do well with searching. The SEO that I am using says that it is not right. I believe that I have done the correct things in desiging the page. There is an attacment with this message that shows the seo message. I was also wondering, does x5 create the h1 tags? How does this work?

Hello William,
The program generates the H1 Tag by using the page title as H1 Tag. Define the title of the page in step 2 by using the title of the page so the content of it can be defined by it and this will help you. Do not make a long title since this Tag is meant for the title of the page and it should remain short.
