Tool tips problems

Further to my question tooltips working on some pics but not others, http://answers.websitex5.com/post/94954#1 I am still experiencing problems - I have tried adding new text and new pictures but the old text is still showing, and the tooltips aren't showing on some pages either (http://www.anthonyfrenchlimitededitions.co.uk/oxford accessories oxford.html).
I have cleared webpage cache and deleted and reloaded my pages on the server, but still not working correctly...
I've also noticed that the text font on the drop down menu isn't the correct one. This seems only a problem on Google Chrome, IE seems to show the right one...
Any suggestions?

Can you check some settings please ? I just want to be sure you checked the right places.
Check that in step 4 advanced settings, the same font is used in the main menu as it is used in the drop down menu (items 1 and 2)
The text that is wrong in the picture is set in the image object, use the link menu and goto tab description, see that the text there is the correct one.
I see several javascript's they could interfere, try the site without the scripts added in the expert section to test.

Hi André, thank you for your response.
I can confirm that the same font is used in both the main and drop down menus, and everything looks good in preview, but once uploaded the font is wrong... The font in the tooltip is not the right one either
I've tried removing the javascript but no change, the text is still not correct, even tho all the settings look right. I've even removed all text so tooltips are blank, but the old text is still showing! I'm at a loss as to what to do next!
And you did the also what Riccardo sugested?
Remove the site totaly from your webserver. visit your site press f5 and see that the site is totaly gone, then do a full new upload.

I did remove and re-upload yesterday, but didn't check it was gone, so I will try again and see if that will work!

It's just to be sure that you upload to the correct map. If in the structure something has changed and you upload to a wrong part then the data of the website will never be changed. And you get about the same problems your having now.

Well, just deleted and reloaded twice, f5'd to check it was all clear, no change, still the same problems. I have contacted my webserver too but no joy
I don't know what else to try now....

There is another option, I usally don't offer it but only when I see no other options.
Create a backup is step 5 (without backup copies and review files) Remove your ftp password and ftplogin.
Then send the project to me, I will upload it on my server in a test map and then we will see what happens, if I also have problems we need to look at the project (i have it so I will do that ) If it's ok then the problen is with your host / or in uploading itself.....

Besides that I am also out of options....

The tooltip is written in html area. Your page is of the Last-Modified Sat, 27 Sep 2014 12:43:24 GMT
our preview can therefore really is no other tooltip text include. create a screenshot of times as it is right.

the screenshot was from the website, not preview. I have removed the tooltip text from my project but it still shows on the site. I have deleted it 3 times now and it still shows on the live site....

For the tooltip, there is the wrong text in the description.
In the description is written " 2 piece wedding dress 'Jeannie',
available from the shop £500 " So this is displayed in the picture correctly by x5.
If you want this changed to : 'Silk dupion and chiffon dress with bow-tie back detail and grosgrain ribbon bow belt, available from the shop, £500'
Goto to the image object is step 3, in tab general, select the link button, goto tab description. Change the text there.
Also the alternative text is not always shown this is correct behavior it shows if there is something with the picture or on mobiles with disabled pictures to save up for data and speed, then this text is used so people have a idea about what the picture should show.
The menu works good at my provider, maybe it's php version (my host uses 5.5), try to change both fonts and see if this helps.

André, thanks for all your help and time - I feel dumb not checking the link tab - I must have originally done it some time ago and forgot - couldn't see the woods for the trees after looking in every other tab! Still, done now so that is great.
The font thing isn't such a big deal - I will deal with that whenever
again, big thanks!
