Hello! I use TABLE as a starting point for a journey from one place to another. I use a map (jpg) file as the background. My problem is that the background is blur even if the image is sharp and fine initially. I use Google Map to make the map. I do not write out the map but save it as a PDF fil, which I convert to JPG afterwards. The converted image (JPG) is sharp and fine as said, but are unclear as wallpaper-why? Is there anything I can do to keep this sharpness of the image as wallpaper in TABLE?

You should be able to make a good picture. X5 adjusts this picture in size, and the bigger adjustements and the more adjustements, the worse the picture becomes.
I usual make a prtscrn from the internat, paste it in a picture edittor (like Irfanview) then crop the image to a size I would like. I also try to keep the picture no bigger then 1024x800 from the beginning.
The less programs you use and the smaller the difference between the original and the picture you will want to use, the better quality you get.
See also that the ratio between height and width are as close to what you want to use as possible from the start.
So if you use 800x800, try to keep this ratio from the beginnig the same and as close as possible to 800x800.
So use 1024x1024. in x5 but not 2048x1024.

What is the image size of the background? Do you select the option to fit to the window?
