How do I get a refund

I bought Website X5 11 pro almost a week ago and find it unusable. I have posted questions looking for a solution but seem to be going around in circles. I would like a refund the product Seems to have major problems and is no good to me.

our technical staff has added an answer for you in the post you have opened http://answers.websitex5.com/post/103109 I believe that you have found two issues that our developers are working on therefore they will soon be solved probably in the next update.
