After downloading in a few other templates in Evo 11, I get two existing templates with a download symbol on the thumbnail, so I go through the procedure to update them.

Now, Web Portal 23 Horizontal, is no longer able to be used and every time I try to preview or use it I get: It is not possible to complete the download, error message every time.

Also, Literature and Poetry 44 Horizontal, I get: The template cannot be updated do you want to continue. I am able to continue to preview and use this one.

I will point out here that I was connected to the internet.

Is their any way I can at least get back Web Portal 23 without having to re-install the software again.
