Updated to Evo11 now forms will not send ?

Updated to evo11 but now web users cannot send forms and it is not transfering to "Thank you page any more. The web link being displayed when |I click on "Send" is -

Whats going on. I run a major result web site at county level and no teams are able to send in results which is extremely inconvenient. Please advise as soon as poss

Just used a form created in evo 10 and that works fine. the same web page imported into Evo 11 with the same settings. wont send and wont transfer to thank you page. It has to be an evo 11 problem. Already starting to regret the update to 11 :( Having to use a 3rd party form web site now which is an additional cost and unecessary
What happens if you make a brand new project in evo 11 with a mail form ?
Can you do the test in the admin panel ? Your website with /admin behind it.
password and login you can find in step4 acces management, test button is top left after logging in. (you can also test severel scripts, because evo has newer and updated script it could also be that you have to adjust your script setting. (advanced settings data management left bottom of the page.) After adjusting upload your website, press ctrl-f5 to refresh then test form again.

Please ask your webhost to set your server to display PHP errors, and please let us know when they have done so.
Could you also ask them to check what version of PHP you are running on your server?
