Preparing your site for the upload (hang)

Since moving from win 8.0 to win8.1 when im uploading my website a lot of the time the program hangs for nearlly a minute on preparing your website for the upload then sometimes it will start straight away i wonder if there is fix on the way for this.

And how is the connection if you temporarly set the firewall off ?
This has an impact on my pc as well, maybe it has an effect for your pc as well ?

No its nothing to do with firewalls tryed all that its something to with the swap from win 8 to 8.1

What could temporarly block the upload is usually the firewall which could block it.
Try to add WebSite X5 to the whitelist and then try again to see if the same happens.
