Disclaimer page prior to entering site?

Greetings,
I am attempting to create a website for my podcast which is an Adult Based Comedy. Thus meaning the website will be for Mature Audiences Only.
Is there a way to add a disclaimer page at the very front of the site prior to actually entering the site?
Any tips are greatly appreciated. Thank you!

You could use the 'Welcome Page' feature in Evo 11 for this purpose... in fact, your scenario is one of the actual examples which Incomedia quote in the help file:
