I suggest to hold down ctrl and hit the preview, if the preview was ok, save it, then upload the entire website again.

you can see them in your preview right? attach a picture of your preview here so I would be able to see it as well.

delete everything you have in your host first, then upload the website. see if thats going to make it work

No, the images DO NOT display in the Preview. An image of the Preview is attached. See my next post for the layout of the page.

I have deleted all the files from my server and then uploaded the site again. Still no images display.

Ideas??

It appears that the first row of the content area is not displaying correct.

The first row of the content area is NOT displaying on ANY of the pages! What is up with that??????

there should be something inside your template. go back to the template structure. see if your settings are good over there, then check the header, after that, remove all of your custom codes, then see if preview shows your websites correctly, if it did, start adding your codes one by one and keep check the preview to find out which one does not work properly with your website.
