Upload file in email form

I have added an upload file in my email form but when I test the form the email comes in but the uploaded files are not in the attachement.
What am I doing wrong?

Hello Willy,
Try to change email script type in step 4 - Data Management and then test it again after uploading the project online.
If the attachment is not send with any of the email scripts then you need to contact your hosting provider to ask if they support the option to send attahcment with a form.
