Different font sizes when i see website on mobile phone.

I just finished website Johanneshoeve.nl
When you open the website with a mobile phone, the font sizes are different on the pages.
When i open the website with my pc/laptop there is no problem at all.
What is the problem? And how can i fix this....
I hope someone can help me.....

The only strange thing I see are 2 google analytics scripts.....
(My mobile does not even show the site after loading it exits....)
Try to remove any scripts you have added by hand. Then upload again, view your page and refresh ! Then check if problem still exists.
