How can I import an page?  en

I was working on one of my sites with X5 Ver 11 Pro and uploaded the chanegs which are now on the server. However, these changes were not saved to the hard drive for some reason. Now I have the website on the web showing changes that I do not have on my system. How can I import that xtml page from the server back into my X5 project on my desktop? Nothing seems to work and I am sure it is because the "project" file needs to manage this type of thing. Is there a process for importing an existing page? I know how to copy a page from one X5 site to another but that is when that file is already in a project.

Thanks

Robert,

You can't import a page from internet in a project.

The best way is to recreate it, you can use offcource the data from internet to copy that in x5 (like text or pictures) but that's it.

Sorry, hope it's not a big page.

Thanks, I thought that was the case. Fortunately I still have the web version which contains all of the data. Just takes time and is a pain in the neck to have to re-do something that you have already done.the ta ble

The other question is how could X5 send the data to the server but not have saved it to the hard drive locally? Have you ever heard of that before?

Bob

Hello Robert,

Did the program gave an error after you exported it online?

The program is automatically set to save the project after it has been exported online.

Many thanks!
