Order mail confirmation but no payment

I need some help, i create a e-commerce website with paypal and credit card payment.
When my customer make an order, its worked fine i receive a mail.
But if this same customer dont make the payment , Website X5 dont inform me and the order is not cancelled.
I want to know if its possible to send an order confirmation only when the payment is OK or 2 mail, one for the order and one to confirm the order when the payment is approved.

The program sends you the order confirmation email but for the payment you need to wait the confirmation from the payment system since the program cannot know if a payment has been made or not. Only the payment system can tell you when the payment has been made and they send you the confirmation email.
You will need to wait to see if the payment system send you the email with the payment and then you will have the email with the order, products and quantity, and from the bank or payment system that the payment has been made.
