If you have already done so and are still having difficulty then please post details of any error messages you receive within WebSite X5...  screenshots would also be extremely useful in order to help you further.

Thank you for your response. Here's what I'm seeing--

I log in, then I select the Templates section. I scroll down and see the template "Animation".

It says "purchased". When I click on "purchased" I get a page with the template with a "purchased" button on the top right. The purchased button on this page is NOT active.

If there's a page where I can download the template, I haven't found it.

Unless I misunderstand you, Barry, I think you are getting confused with the purchase of templates using the Template section here on answers.websitex5.com and the actual usage of those templates within the WebSite X5 software itself.

If you have purchased the 'Animation' template then there is no need to 'download' it as such...  it will automatically be available for you to use within your WebSite X5 software.

In WebSite X5 go to Step 1 General Settings > Template Selection > Default Template...

Use the drop-down menu headed 'All Categories' and scroll down the list to the 'Licenced' section...  your template will be available there for you to use.
