I need to know how many people can be visiting a website at the same time, and to what extent the size of site may effect that number.

That is purely dependent on the speed and calibre of your web hosting.
WebSite X5 produces finished web pages which are just like any other as far as the source code is concerned.
The bottleneck (if any) will be your web server as opposed to WebSite X5.
