Email the password to this user not working

When entering the control panel, there is a list of users who have registered automatically. To the right is an icon button, which says "Email the password to this user". On pressing the icon, I get completed successfully, but no email is received.
All other emails are sent and received correctly.

May I kindly ask you to go and try our emailing test which are present at your:
www.yourwebsite.com/admin
And let me know the results?

I tested all Mail types successfully.

I would like to ask you to extract what I'm gonna attach to this post into:
C: \ Archivos de programa \ WebSite X5 VERSION \ Res
and then try and re-export the whole website.
Let me know if it works
