Does the same happens also with a new project or only with an existing one?

Try to repair the .Net frameworks to see ifthis helps:

Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off
Clear the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and then click on OK. Clear also the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 and then click on OK. 
After Windows disables the feature you will need to go back to re-enable Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and 4.5 and then click ok.

Claudio, my pc has 8GB ram. All is working nicely, the only program that i'm having issues, is Website X5.

Thank you for the link. In a new project does the same happens? Can you try to remove the custom fonts to see if this helps?

If this should not help, try to remove also th custom html code. I would suggest you make a copy of it before doing these tests to have always a backup of it.

Does this happens only in a specific section of the program or in different places?

Claudio, it happens in more than one specific part of project, but most in menu. 

And it doesn't happens in other pc with windows 7, only in windows 10.

I need help really quickly, because i need the program to WORK and i'm stuck with it.

And thios is the only software that i'm having issues in windows 10, the others are working really nice.

Again, i was trying to work with the program, and it crashed when i was inserting a gallery to home page of a project (already made with website).

If you have the possibility to work on the project on the computer with windows 7 I would suggest you to work on it until the developers could find the cause of the issue.

it could be possible that the problem is related to the font you used for the menu creation. Have you simply tried to use a standard font (ie: Arial, Tahoma, etc) instead of "Lucia" font.

This could be valid if you started having problems when you changed the menu font. 

You can also try to use the option 1 (Texto) for the "Exibição" property.

Hi Steve, already switched font to system one, and it still crashing.

I used another computer with windows 7, program isn't crashing like in windows 10. 

So, i did a few alterations in a site, and i'm having a new problem, look to the menu behavior in page "home", and how it goes "down" in the other pages:

I'm trying to solve the problem you have on Win10. Unfortunately we are not able to reproduce it on our PCs, so I need to ask you detailed questions:

1. Does the problem comes only on your Project File? Does it also happen if you create a NEW Project?

2. If the problem comes with a test project, can you let me able to download the IWZIP file of this test project? Otherwise, if it possible, can you send me the download link of the main project?

If you export the project, please remember to include all the fonts.

It happens in ALL projects. Actually i'm doing a new one, bought it from Incomedia templates, and it's crashing like the others, making me loose my job a lot of times.

Because it happens on all the projects, I think it could be related to some installation files on your PC. It could also depend on the video driver, maybe.

Another question that can help me trying to reproduce the problem: can you describe me the process you do before the error comes?
For example: 

1. Open WSX5
2. Create a new Project
3. Enter in the Main Menu Settings
4. Click on ... and then it crashes

There's no one only reason that makes it happens, but it most oftenly happens when i do click on Main Menu Settings, program sometimes crashes with no advice at all.

In other times, i do receive a windows message saying that the program must be closed.

Well, because the problem seems to be related to the Memory I ask you to check:

1. How many fonts have you got installed. If it is a big number, this could be a problem

2. Try working on your project. Sometimes check how many memory the application websitex5.exe is using. Normally it should be about 150MB.
Also check how many memory is used when the program crashes.
