dear sir
i fix my computer and make format for hdd. now i need to install both programes website x10 and website x11 because i use both programes. but i cant download from my profile? what is the problem?
when i click on program after i chose language it give me error pages

Hello Nawras,
I have just checked and the Russian versions are definitely available on the web server. This looks like a problem localised to your own computer and/or network.
Please try to download using an alternative browser or computer, if possible. Also, temporarily switch off/bypass anything which might interfere with your connection to the internet... e.g. antivirus software, firewalls, proxy servers, VPN, etc.
Please also post a screenshot of any error messages.
