This would seem to be key here...  have you made any recent changes to your computer configuration?

Do you have access to the full file path (it appears truncated in the error message), and can you browse to it manually on your computer, without restriction?

Thank you for answering so quick.

The only change I can think of is the new Windows 10 upgrade. Since the update I struggle with the administrator rights. He still asks for permission while I'm on my administrator account. I'm still working on that problem.

So maybe that's the problem, but I haven't found the right solution for that.

Yes, almost certainly this is the cause of your problem.

If you don't have access to the full file path shown in the error message, then as an educated guess WebSite X5 is probably looking for the 'Preview' folder located in the project folder specified on the 'General' tab of the 'Preferences' screen.  The Preferences screen can be accessed via the link on the left-hand side of the opening screen in WebSite X5.  Please check this file path carefully, to ensure that the Preview folder exists and can be accessed without restriction.

You may need to reinstall WebSite X5 with administrator rights (right-click on the setup file and select 'Run as administrator')

You can also right-click on the WebSite X5 program shortcut icon, and select 'Run as administrator' on there too.

Try to configure your new Windows 10 installation so that WebSite X5 has full access to the Documents folder that you specify in Preferences...  this is where WebSite X5 will store your projects...  if access is restricted you will obviously get errors.

When I run it als Administrator it works properly!

So untill I found out how to use it without the administrator acces, I will do it this way.
