Hello Mart,
Try to activate or deactivate the passive FTP to see if then during the export this file is also exported correctly.
If this should not help press CTRL while you open the preview and then try again.
Many thanks!

Thank you for your reaction, but ... both tips don't help.
The result of this problem seems to be: the hyperlinks in footer of the template don't work.

I didn't look well. There are several links in my website that won't work.
Is it possible that the virusscanner of my websitehost don't accept the file?
Hello Mart,
This file is necessary to make the website work correctly. It could depend on a setting of the hosting or not enough space available. Try to contact the hosting provider to ask them if there is a setting which could block the upload of this file.
Many thanks!

Hello Claudio
We contact our host several times, but we got no answer nor solution.
At last we found the cause of our problem in our own network. We use a firewall named Cyberoam. The settings were changed by an update.
We are glad that we can use our website properly.
Many thanks
