Just took advantage of the introductory offer for V12 and installed the new version, completed registration but the application will not start. I receive "An error occurred while running the program . Please reinstall the program". Which I did but same problem to do with "CefSharp.Core.dll couild not be loaded"

I noticed (too late perhaps) that the minimum system requiremes for v12 are Windows Vista, 7, 8 or 10 but I am still happily running XP. Could this be the cause of the problem?
