I am working in a web site http://www.soarte.pt and I would like to create a online shop, but I need know how can change the shipping cost by country, automatically when the country is chosen in the shopping cart.

Website X5 already have some conditions or options on shopping, so why can not the developers adding the option shipping cost by country too?
