Good afternoon I'm desperate with this problem. I have the professional version 12 websitex5. The facebook app simpelsmente not working. With version 11 worked smoothly

Hello R B,
The Facebook App is not designed to work with Facebook Groups in that way.
You will need to create a Facebook fan page (https://www.facebook.com/pages/create/) and use the URL for that new page, and then the plugin will display correctly.
