Update Website X-12 impossible- Fault 406. What to do?

After installation WebsiteX5 Professional 12, I was immediately asked to update the software, after I bought it just 30 minutes ago???? The fault is '406', whatever that may be. Several times retried but no success. What to do?

Close the websitex5.exe in Taskmanager or use the installation file in your profile
