Is there a widget that would allow me to view pages in a slideshow? For example, if I wanted to showcase a top 10, but I need my users to be able to click next on each item instead of going to a separate pages individually?

As you can see it would not be difficult to add the code for this one into WebSite X5, using the 'Expert' tab on Page Properties (for the code in the HEAD section), in conjunction with an HTML Code Object.
Alternatively, if you want something even easier to incorporate in WebSite X5 then check out Incomedia's own Jssor Slider, which plugs in to any project as an Optional Object:
