Showbox is not dispalying information in Explorer 11

When I display a showbox with a file (mainly PDF) it tries to download the file onto the computer and it is not displayed in the showbox window. It works fine under Chrome and Edge.

It works perfectly under Chrome and Edge, but Explorer 11 it doesn't. I run Windows 10 and all updates are installed.
A test with win 10/11 Explorer works with us. Check whether a PDF reader for win10 / IE11 is available on the system. We have installed "Adobe Acrobat Reader dc".
This is a question, as is win10 / IE11 equipped and can not be controlled from the homepage.

Thank you for the hint. The program was installed and the PDF add-on was enabled. I disabled the PDF add-on and close IE11. Open IE11 and enabled the PDF add-on again. Closed IE11 and opened it again. Now it works!!!!
