Unable to find Sales Tax Option

I am using Website X5 Evolution 12 and need to charge sales tax on transaction in some states (based on customer address). How can I do this? It seems I should have an editable table someplace but I can't seem to locate it.

The shopping cart system from WX5 offers this possibility (VAT depend on customer's address) not. They could each group create a separate project or you need a andres shop system. Per item is only an indication of the tax rate possible.
