I am aware your software is Windows 7 compatible and I'm pretty sure it is also 10 compatible, but can my designed web site be seen by people with Android and Windows hand held compatible devices please? As otherwise we users are missing out.

Yes, the Home version produces sites which can be viewed on mobile devices.
The ability to create responsive sites starts with the Evolution version.

This is part of the reason why the advanced editions are (naturally) more expensive to buy in the first place.
