How to activate the software when the proper registration details fail to

I bought a copy of Website X5 a couple of years ago - I downloaded the software and used it successfully. I want to activate it on my second computer. Why wont the registration details work?

Make sure you are using the same email address as that which you used when you successfully activated the software originally, which should also be the same one that you use to access your profile here on answers.websitex5.com

Otherwise, please wait for assistance from the Incomedia support staff... they normally respond within 24/48 hours.
