X5 Evo12 Pro requires .net3.5 W10 Error

Just purchased X5 Evo 12 pro version after installing Trial version, W10 keeps asking for .net 3.5 but Windows 10 will not let me turn the service on or install 3.5. i have tried using various methods after searching through the Net, have also tried DISM, downloaded full install package does anyone have any ideas ? trial version works but full version does not. Have also Checked file system 'SFC' and 'DISM Restore Health' commands

please try to follow the following procedure (.NET 3.5 and 4.1) and let me know if it works:
Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off
Clear the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and then click on OK. Clear also the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 and then click on OK.
After Windows disables the feature you will need to go back to re-enable Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and 4.6 and then click ok.

Thank you for your responce, yes i have also tried this when trying to install .net 3.5 error code 0x800F0922 windows could not complete the requested changes

I think the error is somwhere in your Windows.
What I suggest you to do is to delete all frameworks and then install them again.
If you need to start working with WebSite X5, you can install and use the software on another pc, in order to try to solve the problem in one pc, while working on another one.
