x5 has no such function. I would like it as well, it's pritty handy if you set -for instance- sponsors on your site on every page on the same place.

In the meantime you could use Iframe, it's an obsolete html code but it will probably still work although I don't know how it will behave in responsive, you need to check that your self.

Another option is to create a dummy page, make that page under construction with the under construction button in step 2.

Set on that page all the objects you want to copy to other pages.

Then just copy this page in step 2, rename it and add content.

This way you don't have to create and copy all the standard objects, but there is also a disadvantage; if you need to change one, then you need to this manually for all the others already made.
