Uploading / exporting latest changes only?

Hi, I'm on Evolution 12 and when I upload my website and choose 'export/upload latest changes only' it still uploads all files, which takes way too long. What am I doing wrong, why does it upload all the previous uploaded files?

...it's normal if the program check all the files during the process, normally if the files are not modified the program spend time just to compare them...
