pls allow me to explain additional info abt situation, my pc had some problems with OS and i change it. now OS win7 pro 64bit. i have used wsx5 12 for months ,without any problems on OS win7 home prem. 64 bit.

Do you have any program installed to play the videos like as example VLC or Windows Media Player?

Once you installed these proceed as following:

Open the Preview Browser of WebSite X5 and then visit following link on it:
http://get2.adobe.com/flashplayer/?fpchrome
It will notify you that the plugin is already present but you will need to install it again.
Once done close the preview browser and then restart it again.

yes, i have windows media player, kmplayer and quicktime player installed programs. i visited many times flashplayer link on preview browser, it download a setup file for flashplayer 22, i installed it but, no any changes.

i tried again to fix the problem with preview brow. i downloaded the flashplayer setup files but, at the final on step 3/3 it opened google chorome browser not preview bro. additionally i checked the preview browser versions. when i write "about:plugins" on preview browser, the "flash" line is empty.

It's not a problem if it opens then google chrome. It's important the flash player has been installed.

Try also again to check if in the installation folder the ddl files are present in the Extensions folder and then restart the computer and test again the preview.

Generally also if the preview is not showing the flash files once online it will work correctly.

i tried many times to install flashplayer but still not working. i changed OS to win10pro, checked again extentions files, reinstall wsx5, i think that i am doing something wrong.

In this case try to use following files included in the Extensions folder by adding them in the Extensions folder of the program:

http://files.websitex5.com/answers_topic_files/extensions/Extensions_2016.zip

i tried again with new extensions that you sent. it is not working. and when i writte above link for flashplayer on adress bar it is changing from http://get2.adobe.com/  to http://get.adobe.com/tr/ and  when i download installer,  on adress bar it shows 

http://get.adobe.com/tr.........os=windows7 &..... but i use OS win10 it is important or not.

Once you add the files in the extensions folder there's no need to install the flash player.

Which type of file is not visible on the preview?

Can you please send em the file so I can test why this happens?

i treid again with extensions files it  didn't work at first. i have three video player but i installed VLC too. now three video types are working with external links (flv,mp4, swf ). i use some autoplay animation in banner or  pagebottom , in swf type,they are not working on preview brw, all of them working with external links.

if any changes, i will inform you.
